On the 28th and 29th of March, DELIWHIMS teamed up with Frankie’s Slice Pizza for a special weekend collaboration at Marina Market in Cork and the response could not have been better.
The idea behind the collaboration was to bring together Frankie’s cult-favourite pizza style with the premium deli character of Deliwhims, creating something playful, indulgent and full of flavour. For the occasion, the pizza was built with a distinctive combination of ingredients including acorn-fed Iberian black pudding, acorn-fed Iberian guanciale, fig triangles, mozzarella, and a snow finish made with our smoked cheese El Gran Cardenal.
The result was a slice full of character, balancing bold flavour with the more refined product quality that defines Deliwhims.
What made the weekend even more special was the reaction from customers. The collaboration sold out on the very first day, making it clear that Cork is always ready for something exciting when quality ingredients and good ideas come together. It was a brilliant reminder of how much people enjoy limited food experiences that feel spontaneous, memorable and worth seeking out.
